Geo fencing was not avaliable yet, which was a large reason for my purchase but its coming soon.

Customer service 7 stars.
I was not too impressed with the Gen 1 but when I reached out to customer service they had told me Gen 2 was 6 months away and they'll replace it for me. I waited but wasn't sure they would send it. Well, can't believe it, they did , restarted my old subscription and all at no extra cost. Hence, they deserve the 5 stars. Great company which stands behind their product

Occasional app lag and one time it took a minute to refresh. Still found the dog quickly when he slipped out though. Improvements would be nice.
