AirBolt Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 16 October 2026

Welcome to AirBolt®.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AirBolt products, mobile applications, websites, subscriptions, software and connected services.

AirBolt® is operated by AB Worldwide Pty Ltd, an Australian company ("AirBolt", "we", "us" or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing our products, subscribing to our services or using our website, applications or connected products, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

Please read these Terms carefully before using AirBolt products or services.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • Our website, www.theairbolt.com.

  • AirBolt mobile applications for iOS and Android.

  • AirBolt GPS tracking devices and connected services.

  • AirBolt Smart Locks, Cards and compatible accessories.

  • AirBolt subscriptions and optional Premium Replacement Warranty plans.

  • Our Enterprise Management Portal and related services.

  • Software, firmware, APIs, integrations and future AI-powered features.

Certain products, subscriptions or services may be subject to additional terms presented at purchase, activation or registration.

Where separate terms apply to a particular product or service, those specific terms govern that product or service to the extent of any inconsistency, subject to applicable law.

Business and enterprise customers may also be subject to separately negotiated agreements. Where a valid written enterprise agreement conflicts with these Terms, the relevant enterprise agreement takes precedence for the matters it covers.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Certain AirBolt products and services require an account.

When registering and using an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information.

  • Keep your account credentials confidential.

  • Use reasonable security measures to protect your account.

  • Maintain accurate registration and contact details.

  • Notify AirBolt promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

  • Use our products and services only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activities you authorise through your account and for taking reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access.

You should not share your password or authentication credentials with unauthorised individuals.

Where device sharing is supported, you should use AirBolt's designated sharing and permission features rather than disclosing your account credentials.

AirBolt may request reasonable verification of identity, account ownership or device registration when providing sensitive account services, warranty assistance or support.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact support@theairbolt.com.

Users must have the legal capacity, or appropriate authorisation, to enter into the transactions and agreements applicable to their use of our services.

3. Product Purchases, Pricing and Payments

AirBolt offers hardware products and associated services through its website and authorised sales channels.

Prices, product availability, payment options and promotional offers may vary by country, currency, sales channel or applicable promotion.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and payment information.

Payment must generally be completed before an order is dispatched, unless alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed.

AirBolt reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Payment authorisation fails.

  • Fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

  • A product is unavailable.

  • A material pricing or listing error has occurred.

  • Applicable laws, sanctions or delivery restrictions prevent fulfilment.

Where an order is cancelled after payment and no goods are supplied, AirBolt will provide an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law.

Pricing Errors

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and availability information are accurate.

If a material pricing or listing error is identified before an order is accepted or fulfilled, we may contact you to confirm the corrected details or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid, where permitted by law.

Taxes and Import Charges

International purchases may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or additional charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer's responsibility.

AirBolt does not control duties or taxes imposed by overseas customs authorities.

4. Shipping and Delivery

AirBolt works with shipping and fulfilment providers to deliver products to supported destinations.

Shipping availability, delivery estimates and charges depend on the destination and selected delivery method.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are indicative unless expressly guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If an address requires correction, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

Risk of loss or damage during delivery passes in accordance with applicable law and the relevant shipping arrangements.

For further information, please review our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds and Product Warranties

30-Day Voluntary Returns and Refunds

AirBolt offers a 30-day voluntary return and refund period for eligible products purchased directly from theairbolt.com.

Customers may request a voluntary return within 30 calendar days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a full refund of the product purchase price under this voluntary policy, the product must be in like-new, resaleable condition, with its original packaging, accessories, instructions and all originally supplied components included.

The product must not show signs of damage, excessive wear, misuse or other conditions that materially affect its resaleability.

Returns Not Meeting These Conditions

Where a product is not in like-new, resaleable condition, or where original packaging or accessories are missing or damaged, AirBolt reserves the right, at its discretion and where permitted by law, to:

  • Reject the voluntary return request, particularly where the product is unsuitable for resale; or

  • Approve the voluntary return subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product purchase price, depending on the product's condition and circumstances.

Any restocking fee will be determined by AirBolt, acting reasonably, based on factors including:

  • The physical condition of the product.

  • Missing or damaged original packaging.

  • Missing accessories, charging cables or other supplied components.

  • Signs of use, damage or excessive wear.

  • Diminished resale value.

  • Reasonable cleaning, refurbishment or repackaging costs.

The maximum restocking fee is 50% of the product purchase price.

Restocking fees are not automatically applied at the maximum rate.

Opening a product does not automatically result in a restocking fee if the product otherwise meets the voluntary return conditions.

Return Requests and Product Inspection

Customers requesting a voluntary return must:

  1. Contact support@theairbolt.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

  2. Provide the order number and reason for the return.

  3. Provide clear photographs showing the condition of the product, original packaging and included accessories.

  4. Obtain return approval and shipping instructions before dispatching the product.

  5. Dispatch the approved return within 14 calendar days of receiving the approval email.

  6. Provide return shipment tracking information.

AirBolt reserves the right to inspect returned products and assess their condition before approving a final refund.

Preliminary approval based on photographs does not guarantee final acceptance if the product's actual condition differs materially from the information provided.

Timely requests will not be invalidated solely because of delays caused by AirBolt's own processing.

Refund Processing

Approved voluntary refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 14 business days following receipt, inspection and final approval of the returned product.

Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank or payment provider.

Where applicable law requires a shorter refund timeframe, that timeframe will apply.

Return Shipping

For voluntary, non-warranty returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

  • A tracked return shipping service is recommended.

Returns After 30 Days

After 30 calendar days from delivery, voluntary returns, exchanges and refunds are no longer available.

Products experiencing genuine manufacturing defects or hardware faults after this period will be assessed under AirBolt's applicable product warranty.

Standard Manufacturer Warranty

Eligible AirBolt-branded hardware products are covered by a One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects and hardware faults.

Under this voluntary warranty, AirBolt generally provides troubleshooting, repair or replacement for qualifying defects.

AirBolt reserves the right to inspect, investigate, diagnose and assess reported faults to determine whether a qualifying defect exists and which remedy is appropriate under the voluntary manufacturer warranty.

Submission of a warranty claim does not automatically entitle a customer to a replacement device.

AirBolt's voluntary standard hardware warranty does not independently cover software, firmware, mobile applications or third-party digital services.

Second-hand products acquired from another owner are generally excluded from AirBolt's voluntary manufacturer warranty unless expressly authorised by AirBolt in writing.

Additional exclusions, eligibility requirements and claim procedures are detailed in our Warranty and Refund Policy.

Statutory Consumer Rights

The voluntary 30-day return period, resaleability requirements, packaging conditions, restocking fees and manufacturer's warranty restrictions do not override statutory consumer protection rights.

Where a product is defective, fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees or is subject to mandatory withdrawal rights, customers retain all remedies required by applicable law.

For Australian consumers, major product failures may entitle the customer to choose a refund or replacement, regardless of the voluntary 30-day return window.

For other qualifying failures, repair, replacement, refund or other remedies may apply as required by law.

Please review our complete Warranty and Refund Policy.

6. AirBolt GPS Devices and Connected Services

AirBolt GPS devices require an active subscription to provide cellular connectivity, remote location reporting and associated connected services.

Subscription fees are separate from the hardware purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Available features depend on the purchased product, subscription plan, device settings, supported networks and operating conditions.

GPS Coverage and Supported Countries

AirBolt GPS devices operate in supported countries and regions as outlined in our official GPS Coverage List.

Coverage is dependent on supported cellular networks, roaming arrangements, local infrastructure and technical conditions, and may vary within individual countries or regions.

AirBolt reserves the right to update, expand, modify or remove countries, regions or networks from its supported coverage list from time to time, without prior notice, where permitted by law.

Customers are encouraged to review the latest coverage list before purchasing or travelling to ensure compatibility with their intended destination.

Where changes materially affect an existing paid service, AirBolt will provide any notice or remedies required under applicable consumer protection laws.

GPS Location Accuracy and Reporting

AirBolt GPS devices use supported location and connectivity technologies to provide location information.

Actual performance may vary based on:

  • GPS satellite visibility.

  • Cellular network availability and supported technologies.

  • Indoor or outdoor conditions.

  • Buildings, terrain and environmental interference.

  • Device reporting frequency and configuration.

  • Battery level and power-saving settings.

  • Movement and other operating conditions.

GPS reporting is not guaranteed to be continuous, instantaneous or accurate to an exact position at all times.

Location updates may be delayed, temporarily unavailable or less precise in certain environments.

Descriptions such as "real-time", "live tracking" or "near real-time" refer to supported reporting capabilities under applicable operating conditions and do not guarantee uninterrupted continuous tracking.

AirBolt does not guarantee that a lost or stolen item will always be located or recovered.

These operational limitations do not remove any guarantees relating to advertised functionality or product performance under applicable law.

Battery Performance

Battery-life estimates are based on relevant testing assumptions and operating conditions.

Actual battery performance may vary depending on:

  • GPS reporting frequency.

  • Cellular signal strength.

  • Movement and usage patterns.

  • Enabled alerts and features.

  • Temperature and environmental conditions.

  • Battery age and charging practices.

More frequent reporting or increased device activity may result in greater battery consumption.

Customers are responsible for selecting settings appropriate to their requirements and maintaining adequate battery charge.

Network Availability and International Coverage

GPS connectivity depends on supported networks, network operators, roaming arrangements and local technical conditions.

Network availability may change due to factors outside AirBolt's reasonable control, including network upgrades, technology retirement, carrier restrictions or regulatory requirements.

AirBolt may take reasonable steps to maintain or restore service where technically and commercially practicable.

Customers should consult the current supported-country information and device specifications before relying on a product in a particular destination.

Where material service changes affect contractual commitments or consumer guarantees, applicable remedies will remain available.

7. GPS Subscriptions, Billing and Renewal

AirBolt offers GPS subscriptions with different billing periods, including monthly, annual and multi-year plans where available.

Subscription pricing, features, billing periods and renewal conditions are presented at purchase or activation.

Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, AirBolt subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the applicable billing period until cancelled.

By activating an automatically renewing subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the agreed subscription fees according to the disclosed billing terms.

Free Trials

Eligible customers may receive a complimentary subscription trial.

Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the trial period ends to avoid conversion to a paid subscription under AirBolt's standard billing arrangements.

If cancellation is not completed within this timeframe, the subscription may convert to a paid plan and the applicable charge may be processed.

Charges resulting from a missed trial cancellation deadline are not refundable under AirBolt's voluntary subscription refund policy, except where required by applicable law or payment-platform rules.

Subscriptions Without a Trial

Where a GPS subscription begins without a complimentary trial, AirBolt provides a 14-calendar-day grace period during which eligible customers may request a refund of the initial subscription charge.

This discretionary offer does not apply to ordinary subscription renewals following an expired trial, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation of Subscriptions

Under AirBolt's standard billing arrangements, customers must complete cancellation at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal to avoid the next subscription charge.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund the current paid billing period.

Subscription fees for commenced billing periods are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or an applicable refund offer.

Where a subscription is billed through Apple, Google or another third-party platform, that provider's applicable cancellation and billing procedures also apply.

Expired or Deactivated Subscriptions

Connected GPS services will cease when the applicable subscription expires or is deactivated.

This may include remote location reporting and other subscription-dependent functionality.

The GPS hardware itself remains the customer's property, subject to the terms of purchase.

Reactivation may require payment of applicable subscription charges and completion of necessary technical activation steps.

Price Changes

AirBolt may revise subscription pricing from time to time.

Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated in accordance with applicable law and relevant billing terms.

Where legally required, customers will receive notice, cancellation rights or an opportunity to consent before a price change takes effect.

8. Premium Replacement Warranty

AirBolt may offer an optional Premium Replacement Warranty for selected products or subscription plans.

Premium Warranty provides additional benefits beyond the standard manufacturer warranty and statutory consumer guarantees.

Depending on the eligible product and plan, benefits may include coverage for:

  • Accidental physical damage.

  • Loss or theft.

  • Accidental water damage.

  • Qualifying battery-related faults.

  • Eligible hardware failures.

  • Qualifying upgrades to newer-generation GPS devices.

Coverage is subject to the detailed eligibility requirements, claim allowances and exclusions in our Warranty and Refund Policy.

Active Subscription Requirement

Premium Replacement Warranty benefits are available only while the applicable paid coverage remains active.

If a customer cancels their Premium Warranty subscription, benefits generally remain available until the end of the current paid coverage period.

Once paid coverage expires, Premium Warranty benefits cease.

Unpaid, suspended or expired coverage does not qualify for optional Premium Warranty benefits.

Eligibility and Claim Limits

Premium Warranty claims are subject to the following general conditions:

  • The customer must have an active, paid Premium Warranty subscription.

  • The customer must own and be the registered account holder of the covered device.

  • The device must have been registered to the customer's account for at least 30 days before a claim.

  • The claim must fall within the purchased plan's coverage.

  • Replacement benefits are generally limited to one claim per covered device during each 12-month coverage period.

  • Unused claims do not accumulate or carry forward.

Claims made under the standard manufacturer warranty or statutory consumer guarantees do not count against the optional Premium Warranty replacement allowance.

Monthly Premium Warranty Plans

All monthly Premium Warranty payment plans have a minimum 12-month commitment.

Monthly billing is an instalment arrangement for an agreed minimum coverage term and is not a plan without a minimum contractual commitment.

Customers remain responsible for the agreed instalments associated with the 12-month term, subject to applicable law.

Replacement Claims on Monthly Plans

Where a customer makes an eligible replacement claim under a monthly Premium Warranty plan, the outstanding balance of the 12-month commitment must be paid before the optional Premium replacement is processed, provided this condition was disclosed and agreed at purchase and is enforceable under applicable law.

This requirement does not affect standard manufacturer warranty claims or statutory consumer remedies.

Premium Warranty Claim Assessment

AirBolt reserves the right to investigate, diagnose and assess Premium Warranty claims to determine eligibility.

AirBolt may request proof of purchase, photographs, device identifiers, diagnostic information or return of the original device.

Submission of a claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement.

Where a replacement is approved, AirBolt may provide a new or refurbished device.

Replacement accessories and shipping costs may be excluded under the optional Premium Warranty, as specified in the applicable plan terms.

Replacement devices supplied under Premium Warranty include an additional 30-day limited hardware warranty.

This additional 30-day provision does not shorten any remaining standard manufacturer's warranty coverage or statutory consumer rights.

GPS Upgrade Benefits

Eligible annual or two-year Premium Warranty plans may include an upgrade to a qualifying newer-generation AirBolt GPS device.

Upgrade benefits are subject to:

  • Availability of a newer hardware generation.

  • Applicable plan eligibility.

  • One qualifying upgrade per eligible annual or two-year term.

  • Existing claim and upgrade limits.

  • Shipping charges and any required return of the original device.

For complete details, please review our Warranty and Refund Policy.

9. Smart Locks and Access-Control Products

AirBolt Smart Locks and compatible access-control products are designed to provide convenient electronic access and security functionality.

Customers are responsible for using these products according to their intended purpose and published instructions.

Access Credentials and Sharing

You are responsible for managing authorised access to your connected locks and devices.

Where supported, you may grant, modify or revoke access permissions through the AirBolt application or Enterprise Management Portal.

You should take reasonable steps to ensure that access permissions are granted only to appropriate individuals.

Device Security and Availability

Electronic access-control products depend on relevant hardware, software, battery conditions and supported communication technologies.

Temporary connectivity or software limitations may affect certain functions.

AirBolt does not guarantee that any physical security product is incapable of being defeated, damaged, removed or accessed through unauthorised means.

Customers should maintain appropriate physical security precautions suited to the belongings, locations or assets being protected.

Nothing in this section limits applicable product guarantees or rights relating to defective goods.

10. Acceptable and Lawful Use

AirBolt products and services must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

You must not use AirBolt products or services to:

  • Track individuals unlawfully or without any notice or permission required by law.

  • Engage in stalking, harassment, intimidation or unauthorised surveillance.

  • Access, unlock or interfere with property without appropriate authority.

  • Interfere with another person's account or device.

  • Attempt to bypass security controls or authentication systems.

  • Use products for fraudulent, illegal or malicious purposes.

  • Disrupt or compromise AirBolt's applications, infrastructure or services.

  • Introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit restricted services without appropriate authorisation.

Where required by law, customers must obtain the necessary consent or authorisation before using tracking or access-control products in circumstances involving other individuals.

Safety and Emergency Use

AirBolt GPS devices and related products are designed to assist with tracking, monitoring and security-related functions.

They are not intended to replace emergency services, direct supervision, appropriate physical security measures or dedicated life-safety systems.

Where a product supports SOS alerts or similar notifications, these features do not guarantee that an alert will be received or that emergency responders will be automatically contacted or dispatched.

Users remain responsible for appropriate safety precautions.

This section does not remove statutory rights relating to the safety, quality or advertised performance of AirBolt products.

11. Device Sharing and Enterprise Services

AirBolt may offer device-sharing features and enterprise services that allow multiple authorised users to access or manage connected devices.

Shared Devices

Device owners are responsible for managing sharing permissions and determining which individuals may access their devices.

Authorised users may be able to view or manage device information according to the permissions assigned to them.

Customers should review and revoke access permissions when they are no longer required.

Enterprise Accounts

For enterprise customers, designated administrators may manage devices, users, permissions, configurations and other available organisational functions.

Enterprise administrators are responsible for ensuring that authorised users comply with applicable laws and organisational policies.

Where enterprise customers use AirBolt to manage employees, vehicles, assets or other resources associated with individuals, the enterprise customer is responsible for satisfying applicable notice, consent and lawful-processing obligations.

Enterprise Agreements

Certain enterprise products, integrations, API services, service levels or custom developments may be governed by separately negotiated written agreements.

Where such an agreement applies, its specific commercial and operational terms take precedence over conflicting provisions of these general Terms, subject to mandatory law.

AirBolt does not guarantee that features available under one enterprise arrangement will automatically be available to all customers.

12. Software, Firmware and Mobile Applications

AirBolt may provide software, firmware, mobile applications and associated digital services to support its products.

Subject to these Terms, AirBolt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use applicable software and services for their intended purposes during the period you are entitled to access them.

This licence does not transfer ownership of AirBolt software, source code or intellectual property.

Software Updates

AirBolt may provide updates to improve functionality, compatibility, security or performance.

Some updates may be necessary to maintain supported functionality or protect devices and services.

Where appropriate, AirBolt may update or modify software features, provided such changes comply with applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Customers are responsible for using compatible devices and supported software versions where reasonably necessary.

Software Restrictions

Except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorised by AirBolt, you must not:

  • Copy, redistribute or commercially exploit AirBolt software.

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive protected source code.

  • Remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.

  • Circumvent access restrictions or licensing controls.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of our applications and services.

Software Availability

We aim to provide reliable software and connected services.

However, software, firmware and digital services may occasionally experience maintenance periods, technical faults, compatibility limitations or interruptions.

AirBolt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Applicable statutory guarantees and contractual commitments remain unaffected.

13. Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Optimisation

AirBolt is developing artificial intelligence, machine learning and automated technologies to improve the functionality and experience of its products and services.

As these capabilities become available, they may include:

  • Personalised device recommendations.

  • Battery and reporting-frequency optimisation.

  • Usage-pattern analysis.

  • Intelligent device configuration.

  • Automated workflows.

  • AI-assisted customer support.

  • In-app and web portal guidance.

AI Recommendations

AI-powered systems may analyse relevant device settings, reporting activity, movement patterns, connectivity and usage information to provide recommendations designed to improve device performance.

Recommendations are intended to assist users and do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

Intelligent Optimisation

Where available, customers may choose to enable Intelligent Optimisation.

This optional feature may automatically adjust authorised device settings based on usage patterns, performance information and customer preferences.

Intelligent Optimisation will operate only within the relevant features and permissions enabled by the customer.

Users will be able to disable optional Intelligent Optimisation and AI recommendation features through the applicable settings.

AI-Powered Support

AirBolt may introduce AI-powered assistants to help customers understand product features, configure devices, resolve common technical issues and navigate our applications and services.

Where appropriately authorised, these assistants may use relevant device and account information to provide contextual assistance.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.

Customers should review recommendations before relying on them for important decisions or device configurations.

Privacy and AI

Information processed through AI-powered features is subject to our Privacy Policy.

AirBolt will provide additional notices or obtain consent where required before introducing materially different uses of personal information.

14. Privacy, Data and Account Deletion

AirBolt collects and processes information necessary to operate its products, accounts, subscriptions and services.

Our collection, use, storage, sharing and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Device and Account Information

Depending on the product and features used, AirBolt may process:

  • Account and contact information.

  • Device identifiers and registrations.

  • GPS location information.

  • Device settings and configurations.

  • Access permissions and associated events.

  • Diagnostic information and reporting activity.

  • Subscription and billing information.

  • Relevant application and website usage information.

Data Retention

AirBolt's general data-retention practices include:

  • Active GPS location history consisting of the most recent 200 recorded locations per device.

  • Security and technical logs retained for up to 90 days, subject to lawful exceptions.

  • Account and device information retained while necessary for active account and device operation.

  • Residual deleted information in secure backups for up to 365 days.

Additional details and retention exceptions are explained in our Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion

Customers may request deletion of their AirBolt account and eligible associated personal information.

Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 14 business days, subject to applicable legal requirements and permitted retention exceptions.

For further information, please visit our Account Deletion Policy.

Account Deletion Does Not Cancel Subscriptions

Deleting your AirBolt account or uninstalling our mobile application does not automatically cancel active paid subscriptions or deactivate connected devices.

Customers must explicitly request cancellation of active subscriptions to prevent future renewal charges.

Unless separately cancelled, subscriptions may continue to renew and customers remain responsible for applicable charges, subject to contractual and statutory rights.

15. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Certain AirBolt products and features may depend on or interact with third-party services.

These may include:

  • Mobile operating systems and application stores.

  • Cellular and wireless networks.

  • Compatible location networks.

  • Payment and billing platforms.

  • Cloud and connectivity infrastructure.

  • Automation and smart-device services.

  • Third-party applications and integrations.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability conditions and technical restrictions.

AirBolt does not control all third-party services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or uninterrupted operation.

Where a third-party change materially affects an AirBolt service, we will take reasonable steps to address the impact in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.

Third-Party Trademarks

Apple, Google and other third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party platforms or compatible technologies do not, by themselves, imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Any applicable third-party certifications, integration permissions or licensing arrangements remain subject to their respective terms.

16. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in AirBolt products, software, applications, website content, designs, technology, branding and related materials are owned by AirBolt or its applicable licensors.

These rights may include copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets and other intellectual property protections.

Except as expressly authorised or permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit protected AirBolt materials without written permission.

You may share ordinary links to our publicly accessible website pages, provided you do not falsely imply endorsement or affiliation.

17. Customer Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome customer feedback, product ideas and suggestions.

If you voluntarily submit feedback, recommendations or ideas relating to AirBolt products or services, you grant AirBolt a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback into our products and services, to the extent permitted by law.

This allows AirBolt to develop and improve its products without creating an obligation to compensate contributors for unsolicited suggestions.

Personal information provided as part of feedback remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

18. Service Availability, Changes and Maintenance

AirBolt may perform maintenance, upgrades or other technical work necessary to maintain or improve its products and services.

Some services may temporarily become unavailable during such activities.

Where reasonably practicable, we will endeavour to minimise disruption.

AirBolt may modify, introduce or discontinue particular features where reasonably necessary due to:

  • Technical improvements or product development.

  • Security requirements.

  • Changes to third-party technologies or infrastructure.

  • Legal or regulatory obligations.

  • Network availability or compatibility changes.

  • Other legitimate operational reasons.

Where changes materially and adversely affect a paid service, we will provide applicable notice and remedies, including cancellation or refund rights where required by law or contract.

We will not rely on this section to remove mandatory statutory rights.

19. Suspension or Termination of Services

AirBolt may suspend or restrict access to an account or service where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Unauthorised or fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • A material breach of these Terms has occurred.

  • A security threat requires immediate action.

  • Required subscription payments remain unpaid.

  • Applicable laws or regulatory requirements require suspension.

  • Continued access would create a material risk to other users or our systems.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension.

Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to address urgent security, fraud or legal concerns.

Any termination or suspension will be subject to applicable contractual rights and consumer protection laws.

Suspension does not automatically remove payment obligations already validly incurred.

Where a customer is entitled to a refund or other remedy because of AirBolt's conduct or a service failure, those rights remain unaffected.

20. Limitation of Liability

AirBolt develops products and services intended to provide reliable tracking, access management and connected functionality.

However, connected devices and electronic services are subject to technical and environmental limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirBolt excludes liability for indirect or consequential commercial losses, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities or goodwill, where such losses arise from circumstances for which liability may lawfully be excluded.

AirBolt does not guarantee that:

  • A GPS device will always report an exact or immediately updated position.

  • A lost or stolen item will always be recovered.

  • External cellular networks will always be available.

  • A security device will prevent every instance of theft or unauthorised access.

  • Software or connected services will operate without interruption.

These limitations are not intended to exclude liability arising from AirBolt's negligence, breach of contract, product defects or other matters where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Consumer Guarantees and Mandatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory remedy or other liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where applicable law entitles a customer to compensation, repair, replacement, refund or another remedy, AirBolt will honour those rights.

Unlawful Misuse

Users are responsible for their own unlawful or unauthorised use of AirBolt products and services.

To the extent permitted by law, a user may be responsible for reasonable losses or third-party claims directly caused by that user's deliberate unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms.

This does not require users to indemnify AirBolt for losses caused by AirBolt's own negligence, wrongful conduct or failure to meet mandatory legal obligations.

21. Promotions, Discounts and Special Offers

AirBolt may offer promotions, discounts, complimentary trials, bundled products or special subscription arrangements.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • Eligibility requirements.

  • Promotional periods.

  • Product or subscription restrictions.

  • Purchase limits.

  • Country or regional availability.

  • Redemption conditions.

Unless expressly stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

AirBolt may withdraw or modify offers before they are accepted, subject to applicable law.

Where a promotional purchase has already been completed, the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights will be honoured.

22. Force Majeure

Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay in performing obligations to the extent directly caused by events beyond that party's reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, major infrastructure failures, government restrictions, widespread network outages or other extraordinary circumstances.

The affected party must take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and resume performance where practicable.

This provision does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees or rights arising from prolonged non-performance.

23. Changes to These Terms

AirBolt may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in products, services, legal requirements or business practices.

When changes are made, the revision date will be updated.

Where changes materially affect existing customers' rights or paid services, we will provide reasonable notice and obtain consent or offer applicable remedies where required by law.

Changes will not retrospectively remove contractual rights already accrued.

Continued use of a service after a validly notified change may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory laws or consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Disputes arising under these Terms may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Victoria, Australia, without excluding any other jurisdiction in which a customer has a non-waivable legal right to bring proceedings.

Resolving Concerns

If you have a concern about an AirBolt product, purchase, account or service, please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

Email: support@theairbolt.com

We aim to address concerns fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section prevents customers from exercising their statutory rights, contacting relevant consumer authorities or pursuing remedies available through the courts.

25. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable product, subscription or service-specific terms and valid written agreements, form the applicable agreement governing your use of AirBolt products and services.

Nothing in this provision excludes rights arising from representations or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Waiver

A failure or delay by AirBolt to enforce a provision does not automatically waive its right to enforce that provision later.

Any express waiver must be authorised in writing.

Assignment

AirBolt may transfer its contractual rights or obligations in connection with a legitimate business restructuring, merger or sale, subject to applicable law and without unfairly prejudicing customers' existing rights.

Language

These Terms are prepared in English.
